What centers the work of You Are The Everything is what I call our "embrace" - a mantra/blessing/poem I developed in the early years of motherhood and still say to my daughters every night, because it is what I wish for them, and what we all need to believe about ourselves
A Modern Matriarchy
A matriarchy is a society that is collective, nurturing, and (re)generative. It is egalitarian, without hierarchy of gender, where power is to create, not to dominate. In the modern world, it prioritizes connection, restoration, and stewardship within a life of ease, purpose, abundance, and joy for all. It is the ultimate paradigm shift we need to make to save the world.
Nature-Based Priestess
Maintaining wonder and reverence for the natural world fills my soul. I am following the Ninefold Path of the Priestess in the Avalonian tradition of my ancestors alongside study of nature-based spiritual practices throughout the world and time. I currently hold circles and ceremonies for moon cycles, pagan holidays, and personal celebrations and blessings.
From the founder
You Are The Everything is the result of shifting my own paradigm. It was born out of leaving a successful career of “should” and the expectations of others and coming into alignment with my purpose, values, and creative expression. It is a culmination of over 25 years in educational leadership, decades of personal growth exploration and practices, and fifteen years of being a working mother and wife in the US.
You Are The Everything is my way of helping others live lives rooted in purpose and values, creating balance, joy, and collective impact. Together, we can become a more collective, nurturing, and generative society.
